1. The 4-Digit Ride PIN

Before any trip can transition to `in_progress`, the passenger provides their unique 4-digit pickup PIN to the driver. The driver enters this code into the Driver Mobile app, cryptographically ensuring that the rider is entering the exact vehicle and driver assigned to their booking.

2. High-Frequency Telemetry & Route Deviation

Our backend monitors vehicle GPS telemetry throughout the entire trip. If a vehicle deviates significantly (>500m for >120s) from the optimal mapped route without prior passenger destination adjustment, our automated safety engine alerts both the passenger and the 24/7 Safety Command Center.

3. Accountless Real-Time Trip Sharing

Passengers can share a secure, live web tracking link with family and friends via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Recipients can watch the vehicle advance on a live interactive map and view vehicle details without creating an account or downloading an app.
