1. Our Commitment to the 3rip Community
At 3rip, we believe getting around Abuja should be more than simply getting from one place to another. It should be an experience built on respect, safety, accountability and trust.
Our Community Guidelines establish the standards we expect everyone using the 3rip platform to follow, including riders, drivers, passengers, business users and other members of the 3rip community.
These guidelines apply when using 3rip services, communicating through the platform, interacting with another member of the community, or otherwise participating in the 3rip ecosystem.
Everyone deserves to use 3rip without fear of harassment, discrimination, violence, intimidation, fraud or abuse.
2. Treat Everyone With Respect
3rip is a community made up of people from different backgrounds, professions, cultures and experiences.
