Don’t worry! All 3rip drivers are identity-verified with National Identification Numbers (NIN) and driver licenses. We will help you retrieve your phone, bag, keys, or wallet safely.
Check Your Trip History or Email Receipt
Open your 3rip mobile app, tap Activity (or check the trip receipt sent to your email). Find the trip you just took to see your driver partner's name and vehicle plate number.
Call Your Driver Partner Directly
Within the app, tap “Contact Driver about Lost Item”. A secure masked phone call will connect you directly to your driver without exposing your private phone number.
Agree on a Safe Return Meeting Point
Coordinate a mutually convenient public location (or our city driver hub). If the driver must travel across town to deliver your item, a modest return fare (calculated transparently in the app) covers their fuel and time.
Did you leave your smartphone inside the car?
If your phone was left behind, borrow a colleague or friend's phone or computer. You can reach our 24/7 Trust & Safety Response Team immediately. We will look up your ride using your registered email address or phone number.
Unclaimed Items are Safely Deposited at 3rip City Hubs
Drivers who discover unclaimed items at the end of their shifts deposit them at official 3rip Hubs in Abuja and Lagos. Items are tagged, logged, and held securely in safe custody until verified owners retrieve them.
