1. 1User Identity & Contact: Full legal name, verified Nigerian mobile telephone number, email address, and profile photograph.
2. 2Real-Time Telemetry & Geolocation: Precise GPS coordinates collected from your device when the mobile app is active, for pickup dispatch, live route navigation, and safety tracking.
3. 3Financial Records: Payment transaction references, masked card identifiers (last 4 digits and bank brand), and double-entry ledger entries. We never collect or retain full card numbers (PAN) or PINs.
4. 4Safety & Communication Data: Trip audio recordings (when activated by safety trigger), in-app chat logs, and masked call timestamps.

3. Masked Communications (Phone Privacy)

To safeguard user privacy, 3rip utilizes virtual phone number masking. When a passenger and driver communicate regarding a pickup, neither party’s private phone number is exposed to the other.

4. Zero AI Training on Personal Data

In strict accordance with enterprise AI governance laws:

• User trip histories, chat logs, and private conversations are never utilized to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
• Any automated AI ticket processing operates on an isolated, zero-retention enterprise tier.

5. Data Subject Rights (NDPA 2023)

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you hold the legal right to:

• Access and obtain a portable copy of your personal data.
• Request immediate rectification of inaccurate profile data.
• Request permanent deletion of your account and data via the mobile application or at https://www.3rip.org/delete-account.
• Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
